Este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO AMAZONAS EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, emite el siguiente pronunciamiento: PRIMERO: DECLARA INADMISIBLE la solicitud formulada por el profesional del derecho, Abg. JUAN HERNANDO RODRIGUEZ, por no tener cualidad para solicitar la entrega del vehiculo, ya identificado, de conformidad con el artículo 311 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal.
