Este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO AMAZONAS EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, hace el siguiente pronunciamiento: PRIMERO: DECLARA SIN LUGAR la solicitud formulada por el imputado ROBERTO CHIPIAJE GAVINI, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 21.108.547, de conformidad con el articulo 264 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal SEGUNDO: Notifíquese a las partes.
