En base a los anteriormente expuesto, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO AMAZONAS EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, emite los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: REVOCA LA MEDIDA CAUTELAR SUSTITUTIVA impuesta al imputado NUMAEL HERNÁNDEZ, titular de la cédula de identidad N° C-18.262.678, en fecha 17ENE2008, de conformidad con el artículo 262, ordinales 2 y 3 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal SEGUNDO: Se ORDENA la PRIVACION JUDICIAL DE LIBERTAD del ciudadano NUMAEL HERNÁNDEZ, titular de la cédula de identidad N° C-18.262.678.
